The 12 Days of Christmas just got a little pricier.
According to PNC Wealth Management, the total purchase price for each of the gifts named in "The Twelve Days of Christmas" song would add up to a grand total of $86,609.
The company's annual "Christmas Price Index" is up 10.9% or $8,508, from last year's price of $78,100. Many of the items price's have risen due to increasing cost of fuel, and therefore a rise in shipping costs. However, some of the gift's prices have actually dropped since last year. The "five golden rings," for example, cost $350 dollars this year, as compared with $395 last year.
