The holiday season is officially here.
Last night NBC celebrated the season by lighting the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree for the 77th year.
The event was televised on NBC during the "Christmas in Rockefeller Center" special, hosted by "30 Rock's" Jane Krakowski and "Chucks" Zachary Levi.
The annual event included performances by Aretha Franklin, Shakira, Barry Manilow, Alicia Keys, The Roots, Rod Stewart, Rob Thomas, The Radio City Rockettes, and Michael Buble.
