The Colombian singer shook her hips in Soweto's 40,000-seat Orlando Stadium, flanked by African dancers and cheered on by a sold-out, soccer-crazed crowd. The night also included performances by Alicia Keys and by the Black Eyed Peas, who rocked the house with a 10-minute-plus set capped off by "I Gotta Feeling."

Live Nation, the tour’s promoter, released the following statement:
"Christina Aguilera's summer tour has been moved to 2011 due to prior commitments that the singer had made to her film, 'Burlesque,' and to the promotion of her new album, 'Bionic.' After U2 lead singer Bono underwent emergency back surgery Friday in Munich, the band was forced to cancel all of its June and July performances of its 360 Degrees world tour.
U2 was supposed to headline Britain’s iconic Glastonbury festival next month. But according to The Washington Post, the 50 year-old singer was admitted to a specialist neurosurgery unit after suffering “severe pain” and “partial paralysis” during rehearsals for the tour.

A video of a 13-year-old Crystal Bowersox performing in 1999 in Huron, Ohio, popped up on YouTube on Thursday. It's a fascinating look at the young Crystal, who clearly had already found her voice as an artist but also sounded notably like one of her favorite singer/songwriters, Jewel.
In it, a guitar-playing Bowersox performs what appears to be an original song -- a multitude of Googlers can't seem to find it anywhere -- on the Cathy Black Show at the Huron Boat Basin. A local videographer dug it up and posted it, and is also promising to post her rendition of "Desperado."

In preparation for the June launch of her latest album, Miley Cyrus debuted a music video for her single, "Can't Be Tamed" today.
The video features Cyrus with enormous black wings, trapped in a bird cage and participating in a series of dance numbers with loads of back-up dancers.

Lady Antebellum was the big winner Sunday night at the Academy of Country Music Awards, with the pop/country trio taking home five awards, including vocal group of the year.
But Carrie Underwood – as she so often does – stole the spotlight. Underwood became just the second woman to twice win the ACMA’s Entertainer of the Year Award, which is voted on by the fans.
