It took James Cameron 15 years to bring Avatar to theaters. It will take only four months for the film to make the leap from the big screen to the DVD market. The highest-grossing film of all time will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on April 22 – Earth Day – an astoundingly fast path to the home theater market. Avatar first appeared in U.S. theaters on Dec. 18. Fans wanting the 3-D version of the blockbuster, however, will have to wait at least until next year. Twentieth Century Fox is expected to release three versions of Avatar....
